Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new, unused, unburned, and in their original condition and packaging.


Return Process

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any item.

After receiving your RMA number, please place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided in your RMA confirmation.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Returns received without an RMA number may not be accepted


Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, and upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Please allow up to seven (7) business days from receipt of your return for processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email address below. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
