All Moon & Hive products are hand-poured and made to order in small batches to ensure quality and care.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. We ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary by location and carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Moon & Hive Candle Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Carrier Delays
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, Moon & Hive Candle Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
