All products are hand-poured, small-batch, and handmade. As such, slight variations in color, texture, scent strength, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

We have made every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 6 – CANDLE SAFETY DISCLAIMER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing and using Moon & Hive Candle Co. products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Candles must never be left unattended while burning
Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts
Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains
Trim wicks to ¼ inch before each burn
Never burn candles for longer than 4 hours at a time

Moon & Hive Candle Co. is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or improper handling of our products.

By using our products, you assume all risks associated with candle use.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
